What you will do

As an Account intern for the Central European team, you’ll focus on our growth efforts in your assigned destinations. You'll be based in Rome and will report directly to a Regional Manager. You’ll be involved in the connection of new venues and activities with our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions..

By supporting Tiqets’ strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other activities in the Region, you’ll help create a strategic supply advantage. You’ll rapidly launch partnerships in established and new cities throughout your destinations and work closely with the regional and HQ teams.

The Region is currently encompassing the following countries:  Austria, Germany, Turkey, Hungary, Czech Republic, Croatia, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Israel, Romania and Jordan.

For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your sales and account management skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fun and hard-working scale-up.

This position is a paid post-lauream 6 months internship.

Projects we are working on: 

No day is the same at the Rome office. Our daily mission is to contract new ticketed supply and guarantee the best results for our existing products in the region.

But ad-hoc projects, like teaming up with world-renowned landmarks to host exclusive events or press covered activities spice up the life of our office and bring new challenges every day.

Responsibilities:

  • Help launch and develop new cities and venues in the region against an ambitious timeline

  • Connect venues with our instant delivery and mobile entrance solutions

  • Secure minimum Tiqets quality standards requirements for each new partner

  • Develop landscape and competitive market analysis

  • Manage the operative pipeline and internal reporting tools

  • Live, breathe, and eat Tiqets (metaphorically!) – Become our local Tiqets Ambassador

What you'll need:

  • You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or similar) for the whole period of the internship

  • You are available for a period of 6 months.

  • You have a positive, “can-do” attitude, you are a strong team player and you are not afraid of being persistent to close a deal

  • You think out-of-the-box to find creative solutions for persisting challenges, and you are able to identify key stakeholders to help you build them

  • Having ticketing or tourism industry experience is a plus

  • You're highly energetic, result-driven, and like getting things done with attention to detail

  • You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility

  • Fluent in Italian and English. German is a big plus

  • Based in Rome
