As a Supply Sales Intern for the Italian team, you’ll focus on our growth efforts in your assigned destinations (Italy & Malta). You'll be based in Rome and will report directly to the Regional Manager. You’ll be involved in the connection of new venues and activities with our instant delivery and mobile ticketing solutions.
By supporting Tiqets’ strong relationships with attractions, museums, theme parks and other activities in the Region, you’ll help create a strategic supply advantage. You’ll support the regional team in rapidly launching partnerships in established and new cities throughout your destinations working closely with the regional and HQ teams.
For the right candidate, this is an excellent opportunity to develop sales and account management skills, and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, fun and hard-working scale-up.
This position is a paid post-lauream 6-month internship.
Projects we are working on:
No day is the same at the Rome office. Our daily mission is to contract new supplies and guarantee the best results for our existing products in the region.
But ad-hoc projects, like teaming up with world-renowned landmarks to host exclusive events or press-covered activities ,spice up the life of our office and bring new challenges every day.
Responsibilities:
Research & Lead Generation: Assist in identifying potential partners (museums, attractions, tour operators) using databases, LinkedIn, and TripAdvisor, and help qualify leads provided by the team.
Outreach Support: Draft outreach emails, follow up with potential partners, and help schedule meetings.
Partner Assistance: Support in managing partner inquiries, directing technical or commercial questions to the appropriate teams.
Contract & Sales Support: Track contract deadlines, assist in preparing renewal proposals, analyze sales data, and suggest possible improvements.
CRM Management: Update partner details and negotiation statuses in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Market Research: Monitor competitor offerings to identify trends and new opportunities.
What you'll need:
You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or similar) for the whole period of the internship
You are available for a period of 6 months.
You have a positive, “can-do” attitude, you are a strong team player and you are not afraid of being persistent to close a deal
You think out of the box to find creative solutions for persisting challenges, and you are able to identify key stakeholders to help you build them
Having ticketing or tourism industry experience is a plus
You're highly energetic, result-driven, and like getting things done with attention to detail
You can work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
Fluent in Italian and English.
