Life at Tiqets

What you will do

Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the Configuration Management team your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing operations within Tiqets’ cities, and supporting our regional offices from abroad. You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, providing assistance and executing modifications if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting, advising, and supporting our suppliers during the onboarding process and in maintaining their products

  • Executing quality checks in the product creation process and advise suppliers to optimize their offering
  • Coordinate supply inventory management, including daily reporting and inventory loading
  • Provide support to our active partners
  • Work closely with regional offices to coordinate and ensure that content, descriptions, calendars, and pricing for popular events or temporary exhibitions in their region are up-to-date
  • Liaise with regional offices and follow up with the teams in Amsterdam regarding new projects to enhance configuration management within Tiqets

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with account management, back office operation, or administration

  • A background in Travel/Tourism is preferred but not mandatory
  • Available for 5 days per week (incl. occasional weekends and public holidays)
  • Startup-positive mindset
  • Structured, and well-organized
  • Business-minded in operations with the ability to simplify tasks efficiently
  • Can-do attitude, like to get things done
  • Strong attention to detail and service minded
  • Fast learner with ability to adapt to change
  • Focused on the end-user
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a big plus: Spanish, Dutch, and/or French
  • Living in the Netherlands
