What you will do
Our Connections Operations Team builds and maintains integrations with third-party systems employed by our suppliers to facilitate live inventory sales. The team's mission is to grow the catalog while ensuring scalable operations.
As a Connections Operations Specialist at Tiqets.com you will manage the daily operations related to supplier integrations, ensuring that product connectivity is maintained efficiently. You will troubleshoot issues, optimize workflows, and support internal and external stakeholders with bookability and inventory management tasks. Your role is crucial in maintaining system stability, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
You communicate progress to your team, partners, suppliers and other internal and external stakeholders, and form a valuable source of information and advice for your colleagues in the company.
Responsibilities
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to supplier API connections.
Serve as a main point of contact for internal tech and non-tech teams and external suppliers regarding connectivity-related inquiries.
Support internal teams in bookability, product mapping, and inventory management.
Identify and suggest improvements to internal tools and workflows.
Proactively inform peers and stakeholders on troubleshooting best practices.
Collaborate with developers to report and prioritize connection issues.
Maintain up-to-date documentation on supplier systems, processes, and features.
Requirements
1+ years of experience in a similar role.
Basic understanding of troubleshooting API integrations.
Basic ability to analyze and interpret data to identify issues.
Familiarity with internal tools (Jira, Kustomer etc) and workflows.
Basic spreadsheet skills for data visualization.
Basic communication skills as the main point of contact with different stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving mindset and accuracy.
Excellent communicator in English, both orally and in writing
