Team Summary
The Copy Quality Team ensures all copy used in Tiqets products, websites, apps and other channels meet set quality standards. The Copy Quality Team provides expert guidance on copy creation, management, and localisation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all related domains while collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes, tools, and overall efficiency within the Operations Department.
Function Summary
The Copy Quality Specialist provides content expertise in English and is responsible for setting content quality guidelines, managing content production (Product, B2B, UX, etc.) with the Team Lead, and ensuring content quality aligns with organizational standards. This includes providing feedback, and managing and improving content production tools.
What you will do
Write, edit, and proofread content following Tiqets style guidelines
Maintain copy quality standards when onboarding and maintaining products and experiences and use metrics to track content quality
Protect copy creation standards and output for high-impact projects
Adhere to guidelines and best practices, evaluating and improving workflow processes
Collaborate with Operations and adjacent teams on small/medium-scale strategic projects, balancing content quality, efficiency, and scalability
Support the Copy Quality Team to implement new AI technologies to improve efficiency
Provide feedback for others on the Copy Quality Team, outsourced partners, and those who work with AI tools to produce content within the company
Align with teams and provide copy support for high-priority projects determined by the company
Manage and optimize tools to enhance copy creation processes
Identify and investigate potential copy-related issues and propose data-informed solutions to streamline content processes at Tiqets
What we're looking for
Native-level fluency in English with masterful writing, editing and proofreading skills in English
2+ years of professional experience as a content quality specialist role
Solid grasp of SEO best practices
Experience with AI prompting and testing to produce content
Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Kustomer, Confluence
Data curious. Experience with data analysis tools like Google Analytics and Looker
