Who we are
We are revolutionizing the way people buy tickets to unforgettable experiences at the best destinations all over the world. Our technology makes planning easy for thousands of travelers to find all the experiences they don't want to miss during their trip (museums, zoos, theme parks, and more), so they can book all their tickets in one place.
We are an international company committed to making culture accessible to our customers and our employees. We embed diversity, equity, and inclusion into our company fiber organically.
These values are promoted from the inside out and we strive to represent and honor differences in gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation in our company culture, our content, and our product.
Our values
We are remarkable: Have fun, be creative and celebrate great moments!
We are accessible: Communicate honestly and support each other
We are adaptable: Learn, adapt, and pivot. That's who we are!
Life at Tiqets
What you will do
As an FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) Intern, you will be part of the Analytics team at Tiqets. This team consists of FP&A and Data Analysts working closely together.
You will work alongside the FP&A Analyst and the wider team to create actionable business analysis. We are looking for someone who is result-driven, ambitious, and likes getting things done quickly, smartly, and accurately.
Responsibilities: You will support the FP&A team with monthly routines and ad-hoc projects. We want you to take ownership of specific operational tasks while also helping us innovate how we report on performance.
Monthly Business Reporting: Get involved in the business part of the monthly closing. You'll help create the internal company and management performance reports that show the company how we are performing
Inventory Control: You'll take the lead on specific inventory checks, such as reviewing Inventory Purchase Orders and tracking inventory that is at risk of expiring to minimise waste
Profitability & Cost Control: Analyse profitability topics across our various products, venues, and cities, and help the team keep track of costs versus the budget
Dashboards & BI: Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Looker (our BI tool). You'll help us turn big datasets into clear insights
AI & Automation: We want to work smarter, not harder. You will help us explore AI applications in FP&A, such as automating performance reviews or using new platforms to create reporting efficiencies
Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform data analysis to support Business Owners in different departments and monitor OKRs to explain variations
