What you will do
As part of our fun and ambitious People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Together with our Recruitment Team, you’ll manage the entire candidate process, from finding the best new Tiqeteers to maintaining a successful employer branding experience. We are looking for an experienced Freelance Tech Recruiter to support our hiring team for a period of 3 months. In this role, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on recruiter who enjoys sourcing, building relationships with candidates, and managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (i.e Backend Engineers, Platform Engineer, etc.) from posting to hiring, including scheduling
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles
Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels
Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the process
Provide guidance and market insights to hiring managers
Ensure a positive candidate experience from first contact through offer stage
Support offer preparation and hiring decisions
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Tech recruiting and sourcing
Delivery on all deadlines and flawless execution in a fast-paced environment
Experience in tech and start-up/scale-up environments
Eager to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong communication skills
Living in the Netherlands
