What you will do

The People & Culture department consists of 9 people that are divided over an HR team, a Recruitment team, and Office team, in which we have a joint responsibility of making the employee journey for our 200+ Tiqeteers as exciting and fun as possible.

As the HR Coordinator, you will act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR related matters, in which you will provide assistance to employees throughout their employee journey within Tiqets.

We are looking for a HR professional with min 2 years of relevant experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment law in the Netherlands. You have a hands-on mentality combined with flexibility, which means that last-minute requests do not keep you off your feet. 

What you'll be doing: 

Your HR responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for keeping all personnel data up-to-date and carrying out all relevant HR administrative processes

  • Supporting the HR Business Partners by tracking and administering employees’ lifecycle documentation, including onboarding, offboarding, special leaves, 30% ruling etc 

  • Supporting the HR Business Partners in all HR related topics and setting up all kind of agreements related to employment, such as preparation of contracts, arranging 30% ruling, contacting the Immigration office

  • Supporting the performance management and annual review cycles by administering documentation and tracking compliance.

  • Responsible for keeping the HR Information System (HRIS) with current and accurate personnel data 

  • Responsible for processing monthly mutations for payroll

  • Providing payroll administration data for the Netherlands and other countries with the help of external payroll partners

Who you are:

  • At least HBO study in the field of HR, related studies, or equivalent working experience in a payroll and/or HR environment

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant HR role (HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Officer, HR & Payroll Generalist etc)

  • Solid and practical knowledge of employment law in the Netherlands. Other countries are a plus (Spain, France, Italy, UK, US and Thailand)

  • Proven ability to adapt and be agile in an evolving and scaling company environment

  • Ability to work independently and with good time management Exceptional organizational skills and rigorous attention to detail

  • ​​Great sense of humor, empathy, creative yet pragmatic

  • Proficient in Dutch and English, other languages are a plus (French/Spanish/Italian)

  • Living in the Netherlands
