What you will do

As our Marketing Campaigns Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind our campaign execution and the "owner" of our partner Marketing Packages. Sitting within our Commercial Operations team, you’ll act as the strategic bridge between Supply, Partnerships, and external venues. This is a dynamic role where you’ll balance high-level project management with hands-on content creation and performance reporting; ensuring every campaign delivers maximum impact for our partners.

Responsibilities

Marketing Packages

  • Own Marketing Packages as a B2B product end-to-end, acting as the main point of contact for suppliers and internal stakeholders

  • Gather campaign inputs from partners to define objectives, target audiences, and content, delivering and tracking on a timely manner 

  • Report campaign performance to internal and external stakeholders, including reach, engagement, traffic, and sales impact

  • Support Supply with custom proposals, sales decks, reports, and presentations

Campaign Execution 

  • Set up, manage, monitor, and optimise paid social campaigns in Meta Ads Manager

  • Own and manage the social media channels

  • Manage Monthly and Dedicated Newsletters for Marketing Campaigns along with our B2B Marketeer

  • Collect and analyse results from paid media platforms, CRM tools, and analytics dashboards and translate them into a final performance report for every campaign, which will then be shared with the supplier. 

  • Act as a mediator between suppliers and content creation agencies (eg @hotel). 

Requirements

  • 3+ years in multi-channel campaign management and content execution

  • Hands-on experience setting up and scaling paid social ads

  • Professional experience managing B2B partners, suppliers, and creative agencies

  • Ability to translate CRM and analytics data into professional performance reports.

  • A self-starter who can own projects end-to-end in a high-growth setting and thrive in fast-moving, scale-up environments.

  • Living in the Netherlands
