What you will do
As a Partnership Excellence intern in our Commercial Excellence team, focused on the Partnership side of the business, you’ll support the commercial performance of all major destinations in the region. Based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, you’ll report directly to the Team Lead of the Partnership Excellence team. Your primary responsibility will be to support our longtail partners within our direct affiliate program and networks and support any growth initiative projects. This means you will be in touch with a broad range of stakeholders within the company. Your role involves supporting partnership development projects by finding creative solutions that not only meet our partner’s needs but also help elevate the Partnership department to the next level.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for our partners via email, addressing their inquiries
Support the affiliate network manager onboarding, supporting and growing the affiliate partners working through the affiliate networks
Support the Partnerships Excellence managers coordinating, executing and improving existing processes setup with other departments (e.g finance, supply, product, etc)
Support the Sales team with projects within the partner funnel (acquisition, activation, retention, optimisation) to help growing the performance
Translate data insights, partner feedback, and industry trends into short and long-term priorities for the team
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to comprehend partners' needs, identify gaps in our offerings, and develop clear processes.
Understand the partner journey map and identify solutions for a seamless partner experience
Qualifications
You are enrolled as a student in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Tourism, Marketing, or similar) for the whole period of the internship. If you are not a student we cannot proceed!
You are highly energetic, curious and like getting things done
You are often looking at things from a commercial perspective
You are not afraid to interact with colleagues and partners
You are service oriented
You are a good problem solver
You can work independently and have a strong sense of responsibility
You are proficient in English, extra languages such as Italian, German and French are a plus
