As a B2B Partnerships manager in APAC, you'll be a crucial part of our global Partnership team and you will report directly to our Global Partnerships Manager. Your primary responsibility will be building and maintaining strong partnerships with our affiliates (online travel, media, and e-commerce companies) and other B2B partners in the region and giving them adequate and timely responses to their inquiries and demands, active management, optimization, and retention of key accounts.
You will also be involved in acquiring new (affiliate) partnerships in the region to connect them to our instantly delivered mobile ticketing solutions. This enables them to sell Tiqet's portfolio of products to their audiences.
Responsibilities
Support existing distribution partners in the region (B2B partners)
Help to build and roll out a strategy to acquire affiliate and marketing partners
Successfully onboard contracted partners
Identify potential partners to optimize and manage high-volume and strategic partners
Develop strategies, execute partner success plans, and report on key metrics to ensure retention
Provide commercial advice on performance optimization
Recommend process and implementation improvements
Negotiate and review commercial agreements with partners
Exceed sales and revenue targets by effectively managing quarterly goals
Requirements
Living in Bangkok, Thailand (Thai Resident)
Some previous experience with Business Development
3+ years of experience in account management with a proven track record
Experience in working effectively with external partners
Strong focus on results and achieving targets
Experienced in a day-to-day trading environment with fast-paced decision-making and actions
Scale-up mindset
Detail-oriented, analytical thinking for effective decision-making
Experienced in negotiating conditions, rates, and partnerships
Logical decision-maker based on data
Ability to work independently and have a great sense of responsibility
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Thai
Energetic and international work environment
