The Role
The Product Quality Monitoring Specialist will be responsible for ensuring Tiqets quality standards are met to offer the best consumer and distributor experience. This role involves monitoring product quality via many different sources and overseeing the feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, it involves developing and implementing strategies to improve and measure product quality.
What you will do:
Monitor product quality dashboards and key performance metrics on a daily basis to identify products that do not meet Tiqets quality standards.
Analyse anomalies and negative trends across relevant customer and distributor metrics, including product catalog quality, price correctness, unwanted refund rate, NPS, and review ratings.
Investigate identified quality issues to understand their root causes, using available data and additional research where required.
Assess the severity and impact of product quality issues and determine the appropriate follow-up actions.
Track identified issues and improvement actions to ensure product quality returns to the required standard.
Perform targeted product quality checks and audits when data or other signals indicate a potential quality issue.
Your profile:
2+ years of hands-on experience in operations or specialist functions
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience building Looker (or similar BI) dashboards and reports
Skilled at influencing stakeholders across all seniority levels to align on critical projects
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable taking end-to-end ownership of your work
Thrives in fast-moving startup/scale-up environments with minimal oversight (prior e-commerce experience is nice to have)
Clear, concise communicator capable of breaking down complex concepts into actionable next steps
Nice to have prior experience in e-commerce
Living in the Netherlands
📍This is a hybrid role working 2-3 per week at our HQ in Amsterdam
