Life at Tiqets

What you will do

As part of our fun and ambitious People & Culture Team, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. Together with our Recruitment Team, you’ll manage the entire candidate process, from finding the best new Tiqeteers to maintaining a successful employer branding experience. Of course, you will be responsible for screening and interviewing candidates, but recruitment within Tiqets is so much more. You’ll relish posting photos to our Instagram account, capturing the light-hearted moments and positive atmosphere at our Amsterdam office. You’ll help give a warm welcome to your new colleagues, and be more than comfortable giving presentations during the onboarding process, preparing newbies for their new role as a Tiqets ambassador. A hard-working nature and a sense of fun are essential. 

Responsibilities

  • Managing the entire recruitment process, in partnership with the P&C team

  • Building an effective recruitment strategy and engaging with highly skilled candidates through personalized experiences

  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; If you come across something that’s broken, you love to find a solution and fix it

  • Working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, develop job descriptions, and identify suitable candidates.

  • Contributing to building and promoting the employer brand through positive candidate experiences and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Have 2+ years of experience in recruiting and employer branding

  • Be personable, empathetic, and able to build rapport with candidates from diverse backgrounds.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage their time efficiently to meet recruitment goals.

  • Delivery on all deadlines and flawless execution in a very fast-paced environment

  • Experience in tech and start-up/scale-up environments

  • Hands-on mentality and ability to connect with all levels of the organization

  • Eager to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing priorities

  • Passionate and enthusiastic communication skills

  • Living in the Netherlands

  • Proficient in English
