Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the local Supply team your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory, making sure that our products are bookable and updated regularly and new products are correctly configured.
You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this, you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, providing assistance and executing modifications if needed.
This position is based in Italy at our office in Rome, in a vibrant co-working space in the city's heart.
Responsibilities
Liaise with the operations teams in Amsterdam to coordinate content, descriptions, pricing, and calendars updates regarding popular events, temporary exhibitions or seasonal products.
Be the main point of contact for Tiqets Customer Service for venue specific customer complaints, reschedule and refund requests.
Manage and update proactively the exhibitions and temporary events calendar
Provide local support to partners on Operational topics
Assist, advise and support our regional suppliers at all stages of the onboarding process until the product is published.
Monitor customers reviews and forward input to the Regional Manager, suppliers and other departments to improve the quality of the products.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience with back office operation or administration in Tourism/Culture/Travel industry
Structured, well-organized and proactive
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Startup-positive mindset, fast learner and easily adapting to changes

Tech-savvy
Lives in Rome
Fluent in Italian and English
