Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the local Supply team your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory, making sure that our products are bookable and updated regularly and new products are correctly configured.
You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this, you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, providing assistance and executing modifications if needed.
Responsibilities:
Liaising with the operations teams in Amsterdam to coordinate content, descriptions, pricing, and calendars updates regarding popular events, temporary exhibitions or seasonal products.
Proactively checking in with the Finance department the suppliers invoices.
Be the main point of contact for Tiqets Customer Service for venue specific customer complaints, reschedule and refund requests.
Managing and updating proactively the exhibitions and temporary events calendar.
Providing local support to partners on Operational topics.
Assisting, advising and supporting our regional suppliers at all stages of the onboarding process until the product is published.
Monitoring customers reviews and forwarding input to the Regional Manager, suppliers and other departments to improve the quality of the products.
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in back office operations or administrative roles within the tourism, culture, or travel sectors
Highly structured, organized, and proactive in daily tasks
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Quick to learn, adaptable to change, and comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
Positive, hands-on mindset with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working with digital tools and systems; tech-savvy
Based in Rome or open to relocating
Excellent communicator in English and Italian, both orally and in writing
