Life at Tiqets
What you will do
Improving the support and service we provide to our suppliers and keeping it at a consistently high level is a long-term strategy for Tiqets. As part of the Operations Department, your goal is to maintain a high and consistent level of support for our suppliers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for onboarding new products, maintaining our current supply, and managing our inventory, specifically for Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
You will play a key role in getting products, venues and content online. Next to this, you will make sure that our suppliers display their products correctly and in the most optimal way on our website and mobile app by giving advice, providing assistance and executing modifications if needed.
This position is based in Spain at our office in Barcelona, in a vibrant co-working space in the city's heart.
Responsibilities
Assisting, advising, and supporting our suppliers during the onboarding process and in maintaining and creating their new products
Executing quality checks in the product creation process and advise suppliers to optimize their offering
Manage, monitor and upload supply inventory
Act as an operational point of contact for suppliers within the assigned regions
Provide support to our active partners
Work closely with HQ as well as with suppliers directly to ensure content, pricing, availability, API connectivity and other configurations are accurate and up-to-date
Liaise and collaborate with HQ teams on projects to optimise Operations’ processes, guidelines and available features, as well as take ownership of internal projects
Qualifications
1+ year of experience in operations, account management, product onboarding, or administrative support
Experience working with suppliers, partners, or product-related operations is a plus
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new tools, systems, and workflows
Organised and detail-oriented
Time management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfortable collaborating with different teams and stakeholders
Interested in improving processes and helping Operations scale effectively
Native in Spanish and fluent in English (Portuguese and/or Greek are a plus)
Lives in Barcelona
